\u00e9valuer l'immunog\u00e9nicit\u00e9 et l\u2019innocuit\u00e9 chez des personnes g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement en sant\u00e9 \u00e2g\u00e9es de 18 \u00e0 94 ans, apr\u00e8s vaccination avec une dose unique d\u2019IXCHIQ<sup>MD<\/sup> (1 \u00d7 10<sup>4<\/sup> TCID<sub>50<\/sub> par 0,5 mL) ou un placebo (solution saline tamponn\u00e9e au phosphate) par injection intramusculaire. Presque tous les participants \u00e9taient s\u00e9ron\u00e9gatifs en d\u00e9but d'\u00e9tude pour les anticorps neutralisants sp\u00e9cifiques au CHIKV (99,9 % dans le groupe VLA1553 et 99,7 % dans le groupe placebo). Au total, 4128 participants ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9partis al\u00e9atoirement dans une proportion d'environ 3:1 entre le groupe VLA1553 (n = 3093) et le groupe placebo (n = 1035), et stratifi\u00e9s par \u00e2ge. <\/span><\/div> <\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0753b2f elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"0753b2f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\"><div class=\"indent\"><span>\u2020 \u00c9tude VLA1553-321&nbsp;: essai clinique multicentrique, prospectif, randomis\u00e9, men\u00e9 \u00e0 double insu et contr\u00f4l\u00e9 par placebo, ayant recrut\u00e9 754&nbsp;adolescents (348&nbsp;gar\u00e7ons et 406&nbsp;filles) \u00e2g\u00e9s de 12 \u00e0 17&nbsp;ans. Les participants ont re\u00e7u une dose unique d'IXCHIQ<sup>MD<\/sup> (1&nbsp;\u00d7&nbsp;10<sup>4<\/sup> TCID<sub>50<\/sub> par 0,5&nbsp;mL) ou un placebo (solution saline tamponn\u00e9e au phosphate) par injection intramusculaire et ont fait l\u2019objet d\u2019un suivi \u00e0 12&nbsp;mois. Au d\u00e9but de l\u2019\u00e9tude, 81,4&nbsp;% et 18,4&nbsp;% des participants \u00e9taient respectivement s\u00e9ron\u00e9gatifs et s\u00e9ropositifs pour les anticorps neutralisants sp\u00e9cifiques au CHIKV. Puis, 754 participants ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9partis al\u00e9atoirement dans une proportion d'environ 2:1 pour recevoir soit IXCHIQ<sup>MD<\/sup> (n&nbsp;=&nbsp;502), soit un placebo (n&nbsp;=&nbsp;252) et stratifi\u00e9s en fonction de leur statut s\u00e9rologique en d\u00e9but d\u2019\u00e9tude pour les anticorps neutralisants sp\u00e9cifiques au CHIKV. Les 384&nbsp;premiers participants randomis\u00e9s ont \u00e9t\u00e9 inclus dans le sous-groupe d'immunog\u00e9nicit\u00e9 (IXCHIQ<sup>MD<\/sup> s\u00e9ron\u00e9gatifs&nbsp;: n&nbsp;=&nbsp;268; placebo s\u00e9ron\u00e9gatifs&nbsp;: n&nbsp;=&nbsp;48; IXCHIQ<sup>MD<\/sup> s\u00e9ropositifs&nbsp;: n&nbsp;=&nbsp;60; placebo s\u00e9ropositifs&nbsp;: n&nbsp;=&nbsp;8). Enfin, 78&nbsp;participants dans le sous-groupe immunog\u00e9nicit\u00e9 constituaient le sous-groupe vir\u00e9mie (IXCHIQ<sup>MD<\/sup> s\u00e9ron\u00e9gatifs&nbsp;: n&nbsp;=&nbsp;43; placebo s\u00e9ron\u00e9gatifs&nbsp;: n&nbsp;=&nbsp;20; IXCHIQ<sup>MD<\/sup> s\u00e9ropositifs : n = 9; placebo s\u00e9ropositifs : n = 9). <\/span><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-66842c9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"66842c9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\"><div class=\"indent\"><span>\u2021 D\u2019apr\u00e8s les r\u00e9sultats d\u2019une \u00e9tude sur le transfert passif de s\u00e9rum anti-IXCHIQ<sup>MD<\/sup> humain chez des primates non humains au cours de laquelle les titres d\u2019anticorps neutralisants sp\u00e9cifiques au CHIKV \u2265 150, d\u00e9termin\u00e9s par le test \u03bcPRNT<sub>50<\/sub>, \u00e9taient consid\u00e9r\u00e9s comme \u00e9tant s\u00e9roprotecteurs. L'analyse primaire de l'immunog\u00e9nicit\u00e9 a compar\u00e9 le taux de r\u00e9ponse s\u00e9rologique \u00e0 un seuil de non-acceptation de 70 %. Au d\u00e9but de l\u2019\u00e9tude, 81,4&nbsp;% et 18,4&nbsp;% des participants \u00e9taient respectivement s\u00e9ron\u00e9gatifs et s\u00e9ropositifs pour les anticorps neutralisants sp\u00e9cifiques au CHIKV. Puis, 754 participants ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9partis al\u00e9atoirement dans une proportion d'environ 2:1 pour recevoir soit IXCHIQ<sup>MD<\/sup> (n&nbsp;=&nbsp;502), soit un placebo (n&nbsp;=&nbsp;252) et stratifi\u00e9s en fonction de leur statut s\u00e9rologique en d\u00e9but d\u2019\u00e9tude pour les anticorps neutralisants sp\u00e9cifiques au CHIKV.
